Deliveries & Returns
Change of Mind
If you have changed your mind and find the items unsuitable, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to request a refund. Note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Refunds will only be issued if the items are in perfect, unused condition, with all original packaging unopened and intact. Please allow up to 14 working days for processing.
All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a carrier that provides proof of delivery, as Coffee For Cancer cannot be held liable for goods that are lost or damaged in transit.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged or incorrect, Coffee For Cancer will offer a replacement or refund. Please contact us to arrange for the return of the affected items.
Shipping Lead Times
Royal Mail 2nd Class: Estimated delivery within 2–3 days
Items will be shipped to the address provided during checkout.
International Orders
As a new start-up, we currently only ship within the United Kingdom. International shipping is not available at this time.
